John is an excellent and informative guide. He came to pick us up on time and made sure our ride was comfortable. The wineries that we visited were excellent. The on site guide Sarah at the Ferrari Carano winery was very knowledgeable and friendly. John had organized everything with all the wineries so our arrival and visits went very smoothly. John chose a super location for us to have lunch and made all the necessary reservations so we didn’t have to wait at all. We definitely would recommend Comfort Wine Tours.

Professional, punctual and outstanding customer service starting with the booking. John drove my daughter and her wedding party to a rural wedding site almost an hour away. Everything went great from pick up to drop off. John even graciously stayed beyond the scheduled time with the wedding party while waiting for the wedding to begin. There were 5 of us girls who flew into Santa Rosa and used Comfort Tours for two days in Sonoma. John gave us some coupons to use at a few wineries, assisted us with picture taking, booked us a tour at Ferrari-Carano, and made our lunch reservation at Coppola Rustic Room (which could of been the best table on the patio). All the wineries were his suggestion and they all turned out to be fabulous but we did spend a lot of time in the van because some of the wineries were far apart. I would recommend Comfort Tours again because driving and wine don’t mix in Sonoma.
